I have win 7 home premium with all the latest security updates installed including sp1. The problem is that I cannot see any connections, and I know nothing is wrong with the router cause several other computers in the house work fine with it, althougj none of them are win 7. I have tried a Zonet zew2546 wireless USB adapter, which doesn't work and sometimes causes the computer to hang and freeze up. I've also tried a Netgear WG111v2 adapter as well that doesnt cause any freezes or hangs, but still doesn't work. My mobo is an EVGA P55 SLI. I've searched all around the internet and found nothing helpful. I will be forever greatful to whoever can help.

Are your network cards showing up in Device Manager? Do they show up under Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings and are they enabled?
