Wireless printer

I have a Lexmark Z2420 printer and a D-Link wireless router. I have not been able to connect my printer to the wireless network because when I go through the setup, it only will accept 63 of the 64 characters for the security key to connect to my network. Any help would be appreciated.

What wireless security protocol are you using? WEP, WPA or WPA2?
