Wireless G Network Dies Off

My wireless router is a "Netgear Duo Wireless-N router WNDR3300". It gives an N network and a G network at the same time. Problem is anyone connecting to the G network or even the N sometimes but mostly the G will disconnect.

You can still see that the networks are available but cannot connect untill 2 minutes afterwards . Does anyone know why this happens?

I have WPA enabled BTW

ya, i think it may be the router. my dad has the exact same router and it will drop the net every so often when connected to the N.

Not far at all. The router is down stairs, the laptop is up stairs, so is the xbox, they all disconnect even if im right next to it.
There is a MAC right next to it that rarly loses connection. Is it the router?
