Wireless Connection uptime Tracking?

I'm currently having problems with my wrt610n linksys wireless router. I need a software that tracks its uptime, meaning it detects whether i disconnect or not and possible the network speed over given period of time. I want to see where it goes down so I can pinpoint the problem..
