wireless/broadband always-on problem

i have a wireless-B PCI card on my computer (i know, its not a g-card)

i always have problems connecting all of a sudden, it always just tries to reconnect, and its making me angry.

If i just bought a really long ethernet cable and just used ethernet instead of wireless, would the internet connection always stay on and never reconnect?


My internet connection is cable btw.

Yes the connection should always stay on. If you don't want to have a long Ethernet cable running throughout your place you might want to look into buying one of these powerline networking kits http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...2628?v=glance&n=541966&n=507846&s=pc&v=glance

is there any way to have a wireless pci card that NEVER reconnects or loses signal?

Does mine lose signal just because its wireless B?
