Wireless with 7 antennas, Very High Time Count

Hi,
The secenario:
Main building
POST A Antenna A (RootBridge) Cisco AP1200
POST A Antenna B (RootBridge) Cisco AP1200

Remote Offices
3 Workgroup Bridges associate with Antenna A
2 Workgroup Bridges associate with Antenna B
(All Cisco AP1200)

the workstations connected to the workgroup bridges are all together 40

Problem:
Some Times I ping the workgroup bridges the ping time is bellow 10, other time is 2000-3000ms
Somtimes it just cut and give time out from the workgroup bridges
On & Off, On & Off


Go and workit out .
I scanned the Channels for the least congested and set it manual, same problem.Also reduce packet size etc..
Exclude the viruses overloading the network posts, last week I had Confiker for breakfast.
