Alright to start off, I have,

A cable connection shared with windows xp ICS. I have the modem into one NIC, and the other NIC goes to the uplink port on a hub. All my other computers connect into the hub and therefore access my network and the internet. Now, when I set up firefox to use a proxy or when I use Steganos Internet Anoym, then go to for example IP chicken.
The results always come back as my actual IP address. Is there something I can do in order to make my PC using the ICS use a proxy so that all my traffic is anoymous?

I don't think so. For ICS to work the conputer sitting on the cable acts as a DHCP server for all the other machines it can find. I think that when traffic from any of the other machines is sent out the ICS will automatically use your real ip address as the local outside address. As far as I know this behaviour cannot be modified.
