This problem has plagued me for as long as I can remember. I have a Linksys 54G model router with Firmware: DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) std however I've had the problem using a hub as well so I know it is not a problem with the router. None of the computers on my network have the privileges to access the shared files on my computer. However I am able to access any of the other computers on my network. I set up file sharing on every other computer and they all have worked. I have reconfigured time upon time and disabled all firewalls etc so I know it is not a firewall problem as well. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Did you forward the ports in your router? If you a sharing files/folders on XP make sure they are on the highest level directory (X:\) X being your drive letter.
