Windows Server 2003 and No FDD

I am installing Windows Server 2003 on my computer.

I do not have a Floppy Drive and my MOBO does not have a FDD controller.

The last thing I want to do Is purchase a new MOBO that has this support.

I get the classic 0x000007B error that you will see in the posts online all over the world. I have found out the possible solution which is to do an F6 during install to input the needed drivers it needs for the Intel Management Thingymawut.

What are my solutions?

Anyone have seen a PCI FDD adapter ?

Anyone seen a SATA FDD Adapter ?

You could use a External Floppy. But it should allow you to put the drivers on via a CD as well.

As Mak said, there are several USB floppy devices
Newegg.com - usb floppy

or you can add the drivers to your Server2003 CD

I use nLite to do this nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation
