What is a good wireless router for $100

I care more about how far it can reach rather than the speed.

I have somebody next door who wants internet and i need to get a better wifi router in order to reach her.

Im guessing shes.. 100ft away, possibly more.

I will also be using it for my xbox 360 and Nintendo DS

It should connect using ethernet and i would like for it not to raise my ping.

I would like it connected like this:
[wall]------[Modem]------[Wireless Router]--- [Mine]
.
.
[Neighbors Computer] + {xbox 360}

Basically i want a router that doesnt compromise my speed and reach my neighbor as well as work with an xbox 360

The location of your router and the neighbors computer are crucial, do you have line of sight with the neighbors machine from the router?

You may want to consider getting a linksys router and then installing modified firmware so that you can increase the transmission power. Or look into purchasing a wireless router with the N standard. If you get a router with the N standard, your neighbor will have to get an N stand card capable of using the signal to the fullest, I recommend the following if you decide to take that route:

Its best if you have the router and the machine have some kind of a line of sight, trees and tall fences will effect the signal somewhat. So adjust accordingly.
