Why is it when i scroll down in Internet Exp, its choppy?

Hello all, i got a virus so i reinstalled my system blah blah blah, virus free now.

So, i reinstall the Ethernet driver and get my net up, but i notice when i go on Internet Explorer, and i scroll down, it gets choppy, like really choppy. Any idea why?

I have a Cable connection, not sure if thats the problem.

Some people said maybe to cycle my router/modem.

Funny, I had the same problem when I formatted my hd and I finally figured it out when I loaded up CS:S. I FORGOT TO INSTALL VIDEO DRIVERS!! Go download the latest cat 4.9 drivers and then try. That's my 2 cents.

Might be your mouse too,If you have a scroll mouse go in to control panel and go to the mouse properties, and goto wheel and change the scrolling properties to 2 line's at a time,that's assuming you have xp
