I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit and in the Network and Sharing Center my private network always goes "indentifying"

here is the page screen I'm talking. It doesn't have a stable connection as its always saying private and public network when I clearly set it to private.
The bug could be that the router I'm using used to be a Public and I changed the router's name and set it to another name.
How do I fix this problem? It seems like I can't delete it on the merge and delete thing.
