what does this popup mean

hello while surfing the net i got the following popup

Could not perform the requested operation because the minimum query memory is not available. Decrease the configured value for the min memory per query server configuration option


what does it mean?

There is simply not enough memory on the box for SQL Server... Make sure SQL is
configured to use all the memory available.. Consider adding more memory to the
box... Alternatively you may reduce the min memory per query from SQL Enterprise
Manager, select your server and right -click and go to properties...

the javascript is prolly running a sql query through an odbc connection
