Basically my main comp has good ping time to any site, but download speeds are fluctuating. Usually i get 8~mbps but sometimes it drops to less than 1 mbps.
I get high ping or ping spikes or I just get disconnected altogether in games.
4-5 bars connection.
The only 2 reasons I can think of are problems over at shaw or interference; both seem unlikely.
Or it could be a problem with the router, but I kind of doubt it.
