Is there any way to view what websites my kids go to via my ActionTec router settings or any other settings other than internet history?

Most ISPs should have this by your request. Also almost any security suite should have parentel controls. EX: Mcafee security suite ( free with comcast which also offers website tracking and logs) And i think AVG does too, but i used that a while back.

What is your ISP? and what is your current security suite or AV?

We use Verizon DSL and McAfee. Appreciate it.

If you are worried about where they go, try using OpenDNS (in my sig). It allows you the option of having OpenDNS record logs for you, as well as the ability to block categories of web sites as well as specific domains. OpenDNS domain name servers are also fast... much faster than AT&T's default DNS servers. Best of all, OpenDNS is free for home users.
