Is web conferencing the best way to support remote clients? Would like to know what people are using to talk to their customers and their comments.

At work I use MS Office Communicator and Skype. If we need to view desktops then RDP and RA. I also use Radmin and Ventrilo for my side business.

I use Rhub's on-premise web conferencing system which is a really good system actually as they take care of my web conferencing sessions as well as my remote support and remote access requirements. You just have to pay for it one time and then you own the appliance so it is quite a good bargain as there are no monthly fees or anything like that. You can check them out at Web Conferencing Appliance Remote Desktop Access Control Support PC Mac System Software Server Solution Meeting Conference Tool - hope this helps.

I have used webex and gotomeeting and they are okay for occasional access. However, for machines that I plan to access regularly, I use RADMIN.
