I'm having an issue with hosting a program (called "paintchat", a .JAR file) on my computer via Hamachi--or even DMZ mode for that matter. I had no trouble with it on my old computer- a Vista based single HD computer, and I have tested it out on a Win7 laptop as well. The only thing I can think of as being the issue is that I have dual hard drives on my current computer (SSD/HDD) and that maybe it's a directory/routing confliction. Other than that assumption, I am scratching my head at this...figuring out how to get around this issue would be wonderful..
Here are the instructions on how to host the app: How to host PaintChat
Basically it's downloading the file and keeping the .JAR application open while your friend connects through your Hamachi or unique IP.
