voip problems

Hey guys,

I've got a linksys ag310 adsl/voip gateway. Im trying to configure it but it keeps asking for an spa username and password.

I don't have any information about that, and it won't let me in to configure it. I've factory reset it, iinet says they have no idea, and linksys have no support.

Any ideas??

Can you provide more info about where you are having this issue? Are you having trouble logging into the DEVICE, or configuring it as a DSL modem? it SOUNDS like you can't access the device to configure it, but it would be unusual that Linksys couldn't assist with an issue as simple as that. there should be default username/password combo in the literature that came with the device...
