Ok, so at first look i think this seems to be quite a common problem. This is what i have.
Vista laptop - Connected to the internet via gateway. Setup ad hoc connection which connects and says local only.
XP Laptop - Connected to the vista laptop by wireless. Connects fine, gets the ip address 169.254.91.31 & subnet mask 255.255.0.0.
I can see the files on each laptop from each laptop so file sharing is not a problem. However ... i cannot share the internet accross the ad hoc........
Can someone point me out as to where im going wrong??
