Using iPhone as a Router

Hi guys,
I have a very terrible problem that I am in need of fixing.

I am currently living on campus and unfortunately am not able to get my own modem independent of the provided net and I can't connect my ps3 to it. It recognises the net but will not connect to it even when info is manually entered. Not sure if its related to proxy settings and so on.

Two things I can do however is.
1) Connect my iPhone to the uni's internet
2)Connect my ps3 to my iPhones personal hotspot.

So the question is, is there a way to connect my iPhone to the universities net and transfer it to my ps3?

^ nope. The only thing you can do is tether to the PS3 and that would use your phones data connection.
