Using an FTP with a Network?

I use these for my webspace etc. I just got the new SmartFTP v2.0 and I was wondering if its possible to browse a network with this... And if so how would I do it. So far I've tried typing in my main IP and my \\authority command...

like


192.168.1.1 - I think is just the MAIN IP! or w/e its called.
or
MY COMPUTER... - 192.168.1.2



How would I do this?

I'm getting this when I try to connect...

Why would this be? I'm using an anyonomous login. Even if I try my username/pass it still will not work. I do not understand. Do I have to enable something or ???
