i need help of what rights and responsibilities user and network admins have on the network thanks alot eg printer networking allocated user space etc etc

basically i need two lists one's the user's responibility and rights on the network and the other list is the network admins rights and responsibility on the network

Users can do almost nothing except run applications. They typically cannot install printers or other hardware or software. As for their responsibilities, it has been my experience they have very little. They use the resources available and try their best to abuse said resources.
Admins can do whatever they want and are responsible for everything.

Robina, can you explain what you need this information for? It might help us answer the question better. To ask "What can admins do" is too broad of a question. As stated, admins can do just about anything on the network. Help us help you.
