Usb 2 Ethernet

i have usb broadband connection for the desktop and i recently brought a laptop to share internet connection in the home. but only problem is my usb modem connecting the linksys router. the modem is a usb and the linksys is erthernet. how do i get the usb modem to work with the linksys router, so i can share my internet connection.

there should be an ethernet port also, if not Im sure there is a converter just google it.

Im sure your modem has an RJ-45 Ethernet port also, in which case you just need to buy some CAT5 cable.

But if for some weird reason they don't, just buy a USB to Ethernet converter, they're like $20.00
