Unable to access Internet

Hi,

I have a adsl router.Im not able to access web pages.
Trouble Shooting
1.Able to ping the router,public ip address,host names.
2.Dropped the MTU on the Lan Card and the Router.
3.Reset the Internet Explorer Settings.
4.Unable to open web pages.. Tried using Ipaddress on the Address Bar..No go.
5.No firewal and No Antivirus.

Can any one shed some light on this Issue.
