somebody help! using our company proxy, we cannot access ftp site. though using personal account, we can. we have checked the site and is not blocked. what can i do?
You have to tell the browser the proxy settings. In IE: Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Check "use a proxy server for your LAN" and fill in the appropriate info.
proxy settings is correct. what else seems to be the problem. please help... thank you.
