UDP Forwarding

I don't know where to begin. I have searched to find out how to create a udp forwarder port through a netgear wgr614v10 router. Any suggestions?

not familiar with that type of router, but the netgear routers I have used have tutorials on the right hand pane of the port forwarding/triggering sections of the router, and its usually a simple procedure, just add a port number.
