A few months ago I heard well more like read that verizon internet users where eligible for an upgrade in their connectin speed. My connection speed is 700*kbps. What I found was that if you lived less than 14,000 feet from one of the companies offices you can recieve this upgrade at no extra fee. I dont know if this is true so can you guys help me on this. If its true should I go to the office and tell them?

it's always worth a try, but i doubt it's 14,000

you can get DSL only if you're like 18,000 feet or less from their CO, so almost everyone is within 14k feet
