Well theres lots of ways. netbios file shares would most likly be the simplest. I'm gunna guess that there in the same 'WORKGROUP' so it might be as simple as going to network nabourhood/network places or what ever its called, ut if its not that simple its still easy. Another answer might be ftp but then one of the machines would need to be running an ftp server witch is simple but you do have to set it up.... other then that I would say those are the best too.
