Terrible internet speeds

It seems to have sped up substantially after the firmware update, having it's occasional struggles watching videos in 720p HD on YouTube, but I'm assuming it's due to wireless.
Just a little side question, but how accurate is Speedtest.net? I ran it about 5 times, out of the 2 times, I got close to the same results - http://www.speedtest.net/result/2380501535.png
The other times, the download speed would be around 1.44 - 1.87 MB/s

Depends on the server you choose that you're testing from.
