T1 internet

The ministry that I intern with has T1 internet. We have two t1 boxes that run to a routerboard and then runs to two switchboards. Out of the routerboard, runs our staff, guest and admin wifi, as well as our signal that is beamed to our dorms. From the dorms it is beamed to our lower auditorium. Our upper campus (where the signal originates) has wifi. Yesterday, the lower auditorium did, but not the dorms. Today, neither have an wifi and our phones are working in some spots and not others. Could this be a problem with our side or is it possibly a problem coming from our service provider?

bypass the isp equipment- connect directly to whatever is providing the wifi source- if that works it would be your side-
