Synology DS-106e...Anyone??

Anyone have experience with the Synology DS-106e? ....or any of the Synology products? I'm thinking of Purchasing the 106e and would like to hear some feedback from those who have used it. Also, anyone care to comment on a good external hard drive, 320'ish gb size, that I can plug into the 106e for back-up purposes?

My opinion on external hard drive, I would say Iogear and Western Digital with USB 2.0 and FireWire (IEEE 1394) port for fast transfer.
