Sync networked folders?

Is there any way to have folders automatically sync themselves on different networked computers? I have a folder that has alot of files that I constantly add to on both computers, and is really hard to manually make sure they both computers have the same files. An example would be the My Music folder on my desktop staying the same as that on my laptop.
I can't figure this one out myself. Thanks!

right click on the my documents, choose the destination path to the server, then move the files, hit ok, then synchronize it and make them available for offline files.

those steps don't seem right. The option does not exist when right-clicked. Please be a little more specific.
Running XP Pro sp2.
