Stupid TWC Modem

Which is odd, because I have had twc high speed for about, 4-5 months, they gave me a standalone modem

When I first got the internet package in August I had the option. I have been bounced back and forth between people at TWC including 2 installers giving me different answers. The logical explanation here is you will get tossed around until you buy your own. Another thing I have noticed is each area is different.

Should have looked at your modem model in the OP first. I have a different 2in1.
