Internet only in Safe Mode
I'm having a very strange problem with my computer. It won't go on the Internet unless I'm in Safe Mode. When I try to open IE in normal mode, it says the page cannot be displayed. However, I can ping sites on the Internet and send/receive four packets, with none lost, plus I can go onto the Internet while in Safe Mode (like I'm doing right now). I haven't installed any software recently, and I just updated Spybot and ran a check. It deleted some things, but the problem persists. I even got a registry cleaner as advised by a computer technician I know. No luck with the problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this or what I can do? Thanks in advance.
