Speedtest shows 250kb/s but tested on 3 different computer and everything max 30kb/s

Hello, I have a 2,5mbit service at my ISP but suddenly 1 month ago speed dropped from 250kb/s to max 30kb/s. Now the ironic thing is my ISP tells me its a local problem even though I´ve tried it on 3 different computers witch 3 different networks cards without any result, and since speedtests are showing the correct speed it cant be nothing wrong on the TP-Cable. It sounds weird I know but does anyone have any suggestion as to what the problem might be?

Have you tried a direct connection from the modem to the PC? Meaning is there currently a router or switch or something in the equation?

Call them back.
I could be in the outside connection. I used to install cable broadband and we would find all types of things happen. Squirrel chewing the wires was a big problem around here. At any rate, call them and have them come out to check it with an RSVP monitor. (Explain that you have tried multiple comuters.)
