It also depends on the seeder's connection. If everyone you are downloading from has a 320kb upload speed you aren't going to see insane speeds especially considering the file is in Hawaii.

yeah torrents and p2p in geneal depends on connection speed, so if ur friends have crappy uploads then u wont be geting great speeds, also remember when torrenting that even though you may be connected to some seeders that tehy might not be sharing and many people like to leech off of public torrents so it all depends on connection not how many people are on
