Sharing a large 2gb file.

Well the story is my mothers friend in Russia needs to send something to someone in Germany (A play for some contest) and shipping is out of the question because it needs to be sent almost immediately.

I've tried torrents but because of my ISP throttling it's out of the question and i can't seed at all, I'm currently uploading it to my website but I'm not sure if my web host will see it as bad content and take it down and it will as of now take 5 hours to upload.

Is there a more efficient way?
