I setup a VPN connection to my offices file server which is running win xp pro using the "advanced connection" > "accept incoming connections" path in the network connections tool.
The incoming connection will assign an IP in the range of 192.168.1.10-20
I have routed incoming traffic to the file servers internal IP on ports 7023 and 47.
I can successfully connect to the VPN from my home computer but I can not access the shared folders using "\\file-server\". I get a Can Not Find error.
What did I miss?
Should I put the connecting computer under a different subnet mask?
