set up disk required

I have just bought a newish netgear DG834TG 108mbps wireless modem, to replace a DG834GV3 one.
I connected it up and all went OK until I tried to go on line but it would not let me.
Where can I obtain a free copy of the set up disk for this model or what do I need to change in the settings to do so

Usually the default setting are good to get you on the internet.

I suggest factory resetting the router, push the reset button in. Usually this is located in the back or bottom of the modem. Push it in and hold it for about 30 sec.

Wait a few min. for the modem to reboot, then try your internet

What do you mean it would not let you? What exactly happened? Did you get an access denied error?
