Hi i was wondering how to send songs and videos off one computer to another on the same network and if it helps im using win 2k and the other computer is using xp.

use your XP computer,
START>RUN> \\computername\C$
it will prompt you for a username and password. Type your credentials in and it will allow you access to the 2k computer. After that just drag n' drop what ever files you want to transfer between the computers.
Note: type the name of the 2000 machine in where it says computername.
