Scanning to avoid interference on 802.11b/g

I think I'm having issues with signal interference due to cordless phones or other devices. Is there any (preferably Windows) software available to scan 802.11b channels and measure the interference on each? I haven't been able to find any. Thanks

Have you tried switching to a different channel?

I don't want to change through all 11 channels manually on the router and dthe laptop, then run diagnostics on each one manually. That's a major PITA. There must be a program out there to scan for non-802.11x usage (interference) of the 2.4x GHz band
