Satellite internet question

Hello,

I'm setting up satellite internet in a remote area. I will buy a VSat and dish, etc from a certain company and begin with a monthly plan.

Does anyone know, if I don't like the plan and decide to switch companies, if I have to get completely new equipment (from the new company)?
