I have the weirdest problem. I have comcast high speed, and I have a lynksys wireless router hooked up to the cable modem. I have a direct cable link from the router to my pc ,and i use the wireless link for my laptop around the house. Anyways since I hooked up this router I get a rather odd thing in DC++. If i set it to passive mode it works perfect, but if i set it to active it connects to the hubs and all, it even browses hosts, but when I search nothing comes up, Its DEAD. I even tried searching madonna and nothing so its definetly wrong. I know for sure its the router, before it was working fine. I acessed the router but it has so many settings there, It's too much. I even deactivated the firewall in it and nothing.... HEEELP

If you want to run in active mode, you're going to need to forward the port you use for DC++ to your local computer.

If you're confused by the router config page, it's probably easier to run in passive mode.
