Router config thing

do an ipconfig /all in command prompt and you should see the default gateway IP address, that would be the router IP. You could also try a reset button to get it back to factory default. Make sure your computer is set to automaticly obtain an IP address.
 
What is the name of the router you use. Are you sure you're connected to the router, because that IP address is not RFC 1918. Looks more like your ISP IP address and not the router.

Its a blitzz bwa721 wireless g router. Ive done this before but the ip address was different that i typed into the browser before it was like 192.168.1.1 or something? and ya im connecting to the router with ethernet cable
