Easiest way would just be to reset the router, there should be a small hole on the back, poke it with a pencil or something to reset the router. You'll have to reconfigure everything, but it works. To reconfigure, go to the settings page and type a new passkey that you'll remember (or write it down) and put your old SSID (or a new one) in.
