Well, you could try clearing the DNS from the command line. Just type:

ipconfig /flushdns (then press enter)

and if that doesn't work, force restarting the DNS server pretty much always works. In the command line again:

type: net stop "DNS Client" (press enter)

then wait a couple of seconds..

then type: net start "DNS Client" (enter again)

should fix your problem
