go into START>CONTROL PANEL>SYSTEM>REMOTE and make sure the option of allowing remote control is allowed (tick box) there will also be one fro remote assistance

i have done that. my computer is retarted. its going out the window.

ok lets give this a shot go into control panel then administrative tools then services now check to see if the remote connection service and remote desktop service are started let me know what you find out ill try my best to get it to work for you

have u added wat users u want to connect to the computer...u have to add the usernames....i.e. administrator....and then password....
