remote access mac-pc

I have been asked to make it possible for my boss to access our network while she is gone on business. I think I could figure something out normally but her travel computer is a mac and our network computers are all pc. Im not extremely familiar with remote access type stuff so I was wondering if anyone had a solution...

You'll probably want to set up some sort of VPN connection. What/how you do it will depend on your current infrastructure and environment.
