Remote access

This may seem weird, but on our netwok we use a program called Dameware to remote to our client machines to troublshoot. Is there a program out there that does that for XP? Say a friend of mine is having a problem and I want to connect to their computer to see what is going on, is there any programs i could use to do that?

ya .. in Xp there is a built in program for that..
press start> run and type this in w/o the quotes: 'mstsc.exe'
iyou both need to have this open. if you need help setting up you can contact me. if you have a router you may need to turn port forewarding on. your firewall might interfere too.
