red marker in my IE window

k guys i dont know if itsa virus or what but when i press right mouse button and start moving i get a red marker trace kinda like in MS paint.
and it disappears when i let go the button.

never seen it before
theres no suspicious programs in my task manager

Do you have IE7Pro installed/running? I know that it gives you this ability (has various functions). Not sure if they added this by default in IE8 or not though.
